Examples, shown with sample data.

Screens from systems we've built for a home-service contractor, a hauling carrier and a car dealer, shown with sample names and sample data. Anything that's only a concept is labeled that way. None of these screens are live demos. To hear the front desk line, call 812-940-3556.

Concept previewFront desk · hear it live

Contractor example

A phone-first homepage concept with sample data and a booking interface preview, plus a front desk line for an owner who's usually on a job.

The front desk line runs today on our own number: call 812-940-3556 to hear it. It picks up when the owner can't, talks with callers in English or Spanish, takes the caller's name, number, what the job is and how urgent it is, and gets the details to the owner. Urgent-call transfer and trade-specific scripts are coming soon.

Missed-call text back is coming soon. It's waiting on carrier approval and testing. The homepage concept uses sample data, and the Call, Text and Book buttons are only part of the preview.

Sample-data preview

Carrier example

An office-and-driver system for a regional hauling operation, shown with sample data.

Part of Transportation O.S., built to run a hauling operation's office and its trucks in one place.

Driver hiring

Drivers apply from their phone in short steps they can stop and finish later. The office moves each one through screening, interview and file checks on one board.

Dispatch, driver app & e-tickets

Dispatch sees trucks and jobs. The driver gets the job on their phone with the address and steps in order. At the end the foreman can sign on the driver's screen; that signed ticket is what an invoice can be built from.

Invoicing

Signed tickets can turn into invoices without retyping. The customer's page shows the balance and a PDF. Steps that send money or a message can wait for a second person to approve them first.

The dealer website's financing pre-check form

Sample-data preview

Car-dealer example

A sample-data preview of a dealer website and leads board.

Shoppers can browse what's on the lot, run a financing pre-check form and request a test drive. Leads can land on one board with where they came from. Follow-up drafts can wait for a person to approve them before they go out. These are sample screens, not a live dealer system.

Missed-call text back & review requests · coming soon

Short texts in English and Spanish, review-request texts for finished jobs, and a simple lead log. The texts are written. They'll switch on after carrier texting approval comes through.

Google listing pack

A business description and a set of posts written for a contractor's trade and service towns, ready to paste in.

Load tender auto-accept (prototype)

For intermodal dispatch. It reads load offers from email and checks each one against rules for lanes, rates and open trucks. Anything unclear goes to a person. It starts in watch-only mode and logs what it would accept. It's a prototype, not in production use, and it's checked with automated tests on sample tenders.
